Aama Nepalese Cuisine has played a role in preserving the Nepal hood and identity by spreading the original Nepali food dishes to the world raising the dignity of Nepal and Nepali people while continuing to create new flavors in the hospitality sector. When customer reaches there the hunger will no more remain exist. Aiming to promote Nepali original dishes under the management of Chef Gyanendra Banjara Sharma, Managing Director of Aama Nepalese Cuisine Restaurant is serving its client with excellent service, since its establishment. Born to father Govind Prasad Banjara and mother Rukmani Devi Banjara, in the year 1982 in Darhia, Biratnagar-12, Morang, Gyanendra Sharma, made Canada his work place, has been active in the promotion of Nepali food and culture.
Even though he has been living in abroad for the past 2 decades his love for travel and food took him around the world. After completion of Culinary Diploma in Vienna, Austria he worked in many countries. Skillfully demonstrating his expertise in food preparation, menu planning and execution in Europe, North America and the Middle East he has got the opportunity to work as a chef in multinational hotel chains like Hyaat Regency, Hilton Hotels, Fairmont Hotels, Sheraton, Marriott and Millennium Hotels. Chef Gyanendra is a sociable personality and a source of inspiration for the many youngsters. Currently, he is living in Calgary, AB, Canada with his life partner Tara Paudel and his children.
